Yes. We hold ARC Licence #L160535 for refrigerant handling, so your air conditioning is installed and serviced by certified technicians. We are also Accredited Master Electricians under Lic #83326, so the electrical side of the install meets the Wiring Rules (AS/NZS 3000).

Yes. In Queensland, handling refrigerant requires ARC certification and the electrical connection must be done by a licensed electrician, so it is not a legal DIY job.
